General Questions
1Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for both residential and commercial properties.
2Do you clean commercial premises?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and we apply this to commercial as well as residential. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
3What weather conditions do you work in?
The only weather conditions that we do not work in is heavy rain/winds, due to health and safety reasons, but light rain/drizzle is not a problem.
4Do you make a lot of noise?
Certain services may make a lot of noise (i.e. pressure washing) while other services make very little noise (window cleaning & gutter cleaning). If you are trying to make the appointment around a nap schedule or other noise sensitive time, please let us know. We may be able to complete that portion of the service before or after the nap time starts.
5How do we pay you?
We have various methods of payment to suit everybody from cash, cheque, invoice/BACS, please contact us for more detail.
Window Cleaning Questions
1Can you clean the inside of my windows, or just the exterior?
We can clean both, whichever you prefer. We are trained to work carefully and safely on the interior windows of your home. All we ask is your window sills are cleared of ornaments and awkward curtains removed before cleaning commences.
2We have leaded windows, can you wash our windows?
Yes, no problem at all.
3How often do you clean windows?
We can clean your windows every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
4Do you clean Garage Doors?
Yes, we can clean your garage doors as part of your regular cleaning service. A single garage door normally costs £5.50* and double garage doors normally costs £8.50*.
5My windows have been left wet. Is this normal?
Yes, but please don't worry. The water that we use has been purified and all dissolved solids removed. Impurities within tap water is what would normally cause streaking, so provided all the dirt is removed from the window, it will dry perfectly clean.
6Do you offer a "rain guarantee"?
Yes, our "rain guarantee" is something we offer to all our customers. We need to work in most weather conditions to maintain regularity of service, which means there may be times when we have to clean your windows whilst it is raining.
What is the "rain guarantee"? The "rain guarantee" only applies to the exterior side of your windows and only within the first 48 hours following your initial window cleaning visit. It means we will re-clean any affected windows for free if they accumulate spots and / or rain residue. Please feel free to contact us with questions about the rain guarantee.
Pressure Washing Questions
1Can oil stains be removed?
Oil stains can be removed or reduced however a number of factors need to be taken into consideration such as; type of stain, type of surface the stain is on, length of time the stain has been present on the surface etc. Therefore, not all oil stains can be completely removed, however it is usually possible that they can be significantly reduced.
2Do you need the use of our water?
Yes, we require the use of your water, ideally, we require an outdoor water tap.

4Will I have to stay off the surface after cleaning?
After a basic clean there is no need to keep off the surface. After sealing it is recommended that the surface shouldn't be walked on for 4 hours and should not be driven on for a minimum of 24 hours.
5How long will it take to clean my drive?
It really depends on the size of the area we are cleaning. For example, most residential driveways can normally be pressure cleaned within one working day. Please ask at the time of booking if you require an estimated timescale for completion of work.
